This includes everything the tenors are likely to be asked to sing: upper part in act 1, and in act 2, in addition to the Pirates (clearly intended to be sung by tenors while basses take the Police), the Police part in the early numbers before the Pirates appear. There is not much splitting of the tenor line and therefore for many numbers there is only one file, for all tenors.
