These are learning recordings, including the voice part (except for no 8, where the voice doesn't have a single pitched sound). It is always a problem deciding what to play for music like this which is partly accurately pitched but also partly semi-pitched and indeed unpitched. For 'Sprechgesang' notes I have played the indicated note (or close to it) and for unpitched sounds I have generally played some random note cluster.
