This recording includes everything that the alto chorus might be expected to sing. The standard Ricordi score of the opera is ambiguous about the term 'soprano', which sometimes includes the altos, while in other places altos are specified. The ZIP file includes 'alto 1', which is generally the lowest female voice when the 'soprani' are split in two or three, and also 'alto 2' which is the lowest part when the female voices are split into 4 parts or when two alto parts are specified. Note that the differences between alto 1 and alto 2 are minor, and in act 2 there is no difference at all (hence only one recording). Pricing is based on alto 1 alone.
